About Us

Brunina Carvelli and family opened Brunina's Pizza and Pasta in the spring of 2004, with a vision of creating Naples's finest Italian dining experience. Trained in their hometown of Calabria, Italy, they infuse every dish they create with their extensive knowledge and passion for perfection. Owner Brunina started her career as a Chef in her family business Trionfo Restaurant, a well reviewed restaurant located in NYC. Although she had an affinity for the Trionfo Restaurant, Chef Brunina knew that greater challenges and opportunities awaited her in Naples, FL.

Chef Brunina opened the doors of Brunina' s Pizza and Pasta in the spring of 2004. Before she created her first dish, she vowed to only use the finest ingredients, and prepare each dish with an infusion of passion and creativity. Critics have been raving ever since.
